Journalling

Journaling, in terms of self-awareness, is the practice of regularly writing down thoughts, feelings, and experiences as a means of self-reflection and exploration, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself, promoting self-discovery, and facilitating personal growth and development.

Mindfulness Exercise

Personality Assessments

Values Exploration

Values exploration is the process of identifying and clarifying one's core beliefs, principles, and priorities, allowing individuals to gain a deeper understanding of what is truly important to them, align their actions with their values, and make choices that are in line with their authentic selves.
