Body Scan

Gratitude Practice

Gratitude practice in mindfulness involves intentionally focusing on and appreciating the positive aspects of one's life, cultivating a sense of gratitude for the present moment, and fostering a mindset of appreciation and contentment. It can involve activities such as keeping a gratitude journal or expressing gratitude towards oneself and others.

Guided Visualisation

Guided visualisation is a relaxation technique where individuals are guided through a scripted narrative or imagery to create vivid mental images, engaging the senses and imagination to promote relaxation, focus, and positive visualization for various purposes such as stress reduction, goal setting, or personal growth.

Mindful Breathing

Mindful breathing is the practice of intentionally focusing one's attention on the breath, observing its natural rhythm and sensations, to cultivate present-moment awareness, promote relaxation, and anchor oneself in the present moment.

Mindful Eating

Mindful eating is the practice of paying deliberate attention to the entire experience of eating, including the sensory aspects of food, the act of chewing, and the sensations of hunger and fullness, fostering a deeper connection with food, promoting healthier eating habits, and cultivating a greater awareness of one's body and its needs.

Mindful Movement

Mindful movement refers to the practice of engaging in physical activities with a heightened sense of present-moment awareness, paying attention to bodily sensations, movements, and breath, promoting a deeper connection between the mind and body, and fostering a state of mindfulness.

Nature Walk

A nature walk is an activity where individuals explore and immerse themselves in natural surroundings, such as parks, forests, or trails, to connect with nature, appreciate the environment, and experience the benefits of being outdoors, including relaxation, rejuvenation, and a sense of tranquility.

Sensory Exploration

Sensory exploration is an activity that involves intentionally engaging and exploring the senses, such as sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, to heighten awareness, promote mindfulness, and deepen the connection with the present moment and the surrounding environment.
